Experiences

My experience spans various software architecture designs, virtualization, queue-enabled workflows, bioinformatics, developer operations, software reliability, observability, and performance.

Between Apr 2020 and Dec 2021, I managed the hosting environment, backup administration and VMs migration from VSphere environment to GCP using Velostrata for Mutualmobile®, and documented the migration process here.

Feb 2022 - Nov 2022, I worked with the QA team of the National Population Comission to run tests on the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing software to be used for the first digital National Population and Housing census in Nigeria.

Aug 2022 - Jan 2023, My team architected and developed a data orchestration platform that enables data-intensive applications such as analytics and machine learning to run faster and more efficiently in the cloud for Amtak™, revamping their legacy code and employing a augmentation system to help scale faster, streamlining the platform with quicker processing times and a cleaner backend infrastructure.

Apr 2023, I joined Daily as a technical Writer on Reliability & Performance, Authored contents, including demo apps and sample code, that generated thousands of views on the company's blog.
Daily® is one of the leading US tech companies, renowned for shaping the future of video and pioneering new experiences, with infrastructure built on WebRTC.

I curated the most important Android developer tools into single npm command. With this command, you can easily install and set up all of these tools with just two commands. Check it out here,

I've written content on my blog and newsletter and I try to keep things simple. You'll find me writing about thoughts and notions on tech, what I'm interested in at the time, or how I'm learning and growing in my career.

Current Projects

Motivated by my interest in cancer biology, I am building cBiox®, an open-source SAAS product focused on revolutionizing cancer biology research.
cBiox® will harnesses the intersection of cutting-edge cell biology, proteomics, and bioinformatics to develop novel therapeutics for complex diseases, with a primary focus on cancer.

Open-source contributions

Heavily invested in Open-source, I have contributed to softwares including HospitalRun, a free and open-source software built to provide the most modern health information management system possible to the least resourced environments, for clinics located in the most rural areas of the planet.
Who knows, you may be interested in contributing to this open-source project, Click here, to read more about why HR is born and how you can contribute.

I am an active member of the OpenMRS developer community, a global community of contributors that build and maintain the OpenMRS platform, a flexible electronic medical record system that can be customized to meet the needs of clinical and research organizations in developing countries.
